R&WD is less than two hours from Dallas, Shreveport, Texarkana, and Tyler in a small, rural community called Pittsburg, Texas.
It's the perfect location for glampers to experience the historical surrounding towns of Jefferson, Winnsboro, Gladewater, and Pittsburg. All are very different from each other and fun to explore, and each can be reached within 15-25 minutes. Guests who are into wineries can walk next door to Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards or visit other wineries featured on the Piney Woods Wine Trail map. others nearby. Relax & Wine Down was founded in 2017 by Carolyn DeWoody and Amber Green. After months of research, planning, construction, and preparation, the mother-daughter duo, officially opened its doors. Their unique, concierge-style business model, beautiful tiny homes, and integrated partners program, make this vacation spot a standout from the rest. Each booking is customized to the guest, creating a five-star experience, making travel and vacation planning a breeze.
