Our Philosophy
It's easy to become distracted by the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We wanted to provide a place for people to getaway and enjoy time together in the seclusion and serenity of the countryside. We believe making memories to last a lifetime is the most valuable thing we can do for those we care about.

Carolyn DeWoody
Have you ever met someone whose laugh is so contagious that you begin to giggle without even knowing the reason? The type who needs no introduction at an event because their presence is known by the heightened level of chatter and positivity? Well, that's Carolyn DeWoody. Referred to by family and friends as "The Matriarch", Carolyn blazes a trail of passion, adventure, and love.
As a former school teacher, Country Club President, and Tyler Junior College Apache Belle, Carolyn has the all the characteristics of a perfect Cheif Operating Officer. Guests love her enthusiastic personality, knowledge, and insight of the best local hot spots and activities, and above and beyond attitude required to run the day to day operations of Relax and Wine Down.
Amber Green
Amber's ambition to help small businesses "Do More With Less" led her to form AG Consulting Group, working to help entrepreneurs develop strategies which provide growth to their businesses while restoring quality time with family, earning the Relax and Wine Down CEO the nickname, "The Do More Guru". When the opportunity presented itself to invest in property, create a mother-daughter venture, and offer visitors a much-needed lodging solution, the dynamic duo started drafting plans!
