Cushioned patio furniture invites guests to watch for hours as the sun sets behind the vines, or for it comes up!  Smoking outdoors is permitted and each patio and the outdoor area has the appropriate items for disposal. 


Relax in our hammock or take our bicycle out for a spin on the country roads! Coming soon! An outdoor kitchen for those hunting, fishing, or just grillin' and chillin'.


Entertainment & Internet

We encourage you to relax and unplug from the world while soaking in the serene surroundings.  We have provided a 39" Smart TV in the living area with Direct TV, which may be used to stream any online media outlet such as TMZ, Fox, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, YouTube, and more.

Fully-Furnished Kitchens 


Our fully-furnished kitchens are complete with new pots and pans, bakeware, four or more place settings, standard utensils, serving dishes, and all the necessary items needed to prepare meals and store food.


Appliances include toasters, microwaves, ovens, can openers, blenders, crock pots,  refrigerators with ice makers, stocked with non-alcoholic mini-bar items, and Keriug coffee machines, *Complimentary items include coffee pods and creamer and paper towels. 


Barware is available for use and may vary slightly in each casita.  In general, you can expect wine and Whiskey glasses, openers, toppers, and shot glasses.  In addition, we have champagne flutes, margarita, martini, and beer glasses, koozies, decanters, and champagne chillers.

Sleep In Comfort

You will rest peacefully on our plush, pillow-top mattresses, soft bedding, and luxury linens.  Private bedrooms make your overnight stay feel less like a hotel room and more like home. 


Located in the bedroom and living room of each country casita, are mounted, remote-controlled, AC/heating units, allowing variable temperatures to be set from one room to the other and giving you convenient control over the environment throughout the night. 


Having extra guests isn't a problem! Invite friends or family and take advantage of having a private bedroom.  Rest assured, this feature is a real perk when utilizing the queen-sized guest accommodations, available in both the loft of Merlot and the sleeper sofa in Blanc.  Extra pillows and linens can be found in each home.

Each reservation includes (1) one bundle of complimentary firewood.  (Approximate burn time is 30-60 minutes).  Pay ahead for extra bundles or grab as you go from our on-site stock, billed at $7 / per bundle.

Safety & Security Policy

We want you to have a safe and enjoyable vacation!

FIREARMS & FIREWORKS: These are not permitted for use at our vacation property. Soon, however, we will offer several excursions including skeet shooting, target practice, hunting and firework shows. (Coming soon!)

SECURITY: The property is equipped with video surveillance as well as motion/security lights to monitor the property for safety and security purposes. Security codes provided for room entry are individually assigned to occupants. We entrust our clients to protect this information unauthorized use of facilities and/or damage is the responsibility of the assigned guest. Your security deposit will be charged if you tamper with any of the cameras.

SAFETY: In the event of a fire, each home is equipped with a fire extinguisher. Please call 911 if any other emergency occurs.

Do you charge cleaning fees?

All reservations include a routine cleaning service. If your reservation is five or more days, we will perform a complimentary mid-week clean at the day/time of your choice and shall include; restocking of coffee, misc. mini-bar items, toiletries, towels, and firewood, the changing of bed linens, and removal of trash. Extra Guests: Rates are based on 2-person occupancy. For more than 2 guests, we charge a $5 fee which covers the additional housekeeping fees. Groups: For group packages and events, we assess a mandatory cleaning fee of $50 for the entire stay. Pet Fees: Our pet add-on fee of $20 includes the additional cleaning services necessary to sanitize the home following a pet stay.

Disposal of Trash

Trash service is included with your reservation, however, for flow over, please use the outdoor trash bin located next to the garage and be sure to securely attach the lid when done. Trash is never to be left outside as it attracts wild animals. You will be responsible for repair costs if you leave trash outside and damage to the property results.

Electronics & Furniture

TV & INTERNET: We offer complimentary wireless internet in each home and have provided 39" smart TVs in each house which provides access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and other streaming stations and apps. The password is "Winenot?" and will be included in your confirmation email. We ask that you do not move or disconnect any electronics at the home. Movement of electronics or disconnecting the electronics inside the vacation home may cause the electronics to stop working during your stay and causes needless wear and tear. OPTIONS: We also have a 4D projector, projector screen, and surround soound for those big events you wish to host outside! FURNITURE: We ask that you do not move furniture about from room to room, or disconnect and move TV’s during your stay.

Grills, Charcoal, & Lighter Fluid

GRILLS: We have a grill/firepit located outside of Blanc and Chardonnay, as well as a large Webber grill located behind the small building in the back corner of the property. These may be used at your discretion. CHARCOAL & LIGHTER FLUID: A complimentary 4oz bottle of lighter fluid is provided with each reservation. For additional fluid and/or charcoal, you may purchase this in advance at the time of booking, however, we do have an on-site stock of these items to be charged to your card following your stay. CLEANING THE GRILL: Our grilling policy is that each guest cleans the grill at the end of their stay. Although they are cleaned prior to arrivals, we encourage all guests to additionally lightly clean grills before use. This ensures that the grill is up to your standards for your stay. FOOD: Never leave food in the grill, or use kitchen pots on the grill.

Camp Fire / Fire Pit Policies

This policy outlines the rules for burning as fire pits are provided outside of each home. Upon booking of all reservations, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: Fires are permitted provided they are contained to the receptacle, no burn ban is active, and when using a fire pit, a charged water hose is to be within 10 ft. The size of the fire should be small enough that embers are not landing outside the fire pit. Fires must be completely extinguished before going to bed. DO NOT LEAVE CAMP FIRES UNATTENDED! You assume all liability for personal injury and property damage caused by the fire.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are pet friendly! We know how important it is to have your four-legged family members with you on vacation and we welcome well behaved pets. In order to protect this policy, we ask that you read and adhere to all of the following policy requirements:

  1. No more than (2) per home.
  2. Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
  3. We will ask that you provide the name, sex, breed, age, and weight of your pet, after all, they are little people too!
  4. The fee for pets is $20 per stay.
  5. Policy refers to cats and dogs. For other animals, contact us.
  6. You are only authorized to have pets listed on the Agreement.
  7. Due to the additional expense of cleaning and necessary sanitation for future guests who may have allergies, we have implemented a strict no furniture rule.
  8. Pets must be kept on a leash when on the property.
  9. Pets must comply with local legislation requirements.
  10. Pets must not be left unattended (both inside and out), however, kennels/crates are acceptable.
  11. If guest requires a pet-sitter or pet supplies, they should contact us in advance.
  12. Pets must be walked, not just let outdoors for nature calls.
  13. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the property as this draws wild animals in and is inconsiderate to other guests.
  14. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. Guests may be asked to leave if this becomes a problem.
  15. Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
  16. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relax And Wine Down, LLC, its owners and its operators from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet.
  17. Relax And Wine Down, LLC, reserves the right to charge guest's account commensurate to the cost of such damages.

Smoking Policy

INSIDE: Smoking is never allowed inside the home and a minimum fine of $100 will be billed/charged to your card for any violations. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of e-cigaretes. OUSTIDE: Please dispose of butts in the designated areas outside of your home which can be found on each patio and in each outdoor seating area. Please be considerate of other guests and do not litter on the property.

Do you hold a security deposit?

We do not generally hold a Security Deposit during your stay, however, guests are responsible for any costs associated with the removal of property and/or property damages.

When is payment due?

Payments are due at the time of booking.

Payment Terms

Our rates include the administrative/payment processing fees associated with online booking options using the following payment methods: Debit Cards, and Credit Cards (Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express).

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life is unpredictable. At the same time, for a small business, cancellations affect us greatly. When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for that room and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days for which you reserve it. The total room rate is charged to hold your reservation. Notice of cancellation must be in written form using one of the following methods; email, text, or through our website or Facebook chat/messenger. 2 Week Notice: If cancellation request is received at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your reservation date, we will issue a refund for the total amount of your reservation less a $50.00 (plus tax) per room processing fee within 10 days. 14 Days Or Less: Cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival are non-refundable, however, this may be applied toward a future stay, for a period of up to 1 year. *Only 1 rescheduled date is allowed and is based on availability. If rescheduled date is cancelled, no further credit is given. No Shows: No refund or credit will be given for cancellations received on the day of the reservation. We are not responsible for acts of God that may cause problems to the cabins, guests or your property during your stay. Service Cancellations: Massages and other special services and amenities must be canceled 48 hours prior to their scheduled time. Full payment will be charged in the event of later cancellations.
